Description
Cerwelagtis is virus that causes the head to be inflamed and it is caused by the constant lack of rest, stress and fear. Common symptoms of Cerwelagtis are: problem with speech, loss of memory, fatigue, swelling of head, stiff neck, loss of appetite and low body temperature.
They usually occur to people age 18-35 as they're the group who experience the highest stress level.
To treat Cerwelagtis, a treatment (Briskfaction) to cool and regulate the brain temperature is implemented. Briskfaction not only treats the virus but also to give user ultimate comfort and they can use it anytime of the day even without the virus as this spectacle will alert you when you are about to get Cerwelagtis by changing colour.
To create more fun to this, I designed the treatment in a DIY way where users will be able to fix their own treatment (the spectacle). As studies have shown that when we have fun, our stress goes away and this will also help to cool the head down.
Design Process
I started my concept with GOOGLE and how whenever we get a symptom, we will approach GOOGLE as our "doctor" for treatment instead of going to a doctor first. By using the "G" from google's logo and tweaking it, I derive with a spectacle treatment.
For the instruction manual, I look at reference artist such as Joan Cornella to adapt his style of work as this treatment is not suppose to be serious.
Also looking at the direction of Lego blocks as when someone hear of lego, they will have an idea of an instruction as lego is usually used to build with an instruction manual.
Storyline for instruction manual (Joan Cornella inspired design):
A police is chasing a burglar wearing the glasses who stole a bag of items however while chasing, the police began to overheat and a piece of item/money dropped out of the burglar’s bag. When the police finally caught the burglar, he gave him the item/money that drop in exchange for the burglar’s glasses
