With much concern of waiting time for food and seats in cafes, a solution was to come up with a mobile application to minimise disappointments of customers and aid cafes in their efficiency. This will bring about a better experience for people visiting the cafe.
Users are able to reserve seats and place their order on the app before coming into the store so as to minimise the waiting time for their food. Food preparation will only begin 10 minutes before the user's appointed reservation.
Linked to this app will be the various method of payment such as cash, visa and credit card. Food preparation for users who are paying by cash will only begin upon arrival.
A GPS will be embedded in the app to help users navigate their way to the cafe. This will also allow users to discover cafes near them should they encounter an indecisive day or last minute change of plans.
